Dale handles the projects from inception through to completion. He completed his Agricultural degree in 2008 at The University of Western Australia and has honed his scientific skills in the environmental field over the last decade through resource-based positions all over WA. This unique background has instilled his love for the natural environment, developed his practical ‘hands on’ mindset and yielded his vision for regenerative practices.

Kristie is the book worm. Starting her career as a Primary Teacher in 2008, she couldn’t stop learning during motherhood and added an Accounting degree to her wall in 2019. She has administered and accounted for the business from startup. With an eye for detail, she is almost obsessed with spreadsheets and keeping costs in check.

Howard drives Business Development drawing on his successful wide-ranging career across industries in Australia, UK, Middle East and North America. Now with a focus on the Peel region, Howard is propelling our Future Food and Innovative Agriculture interests. A master of relations, Howard is fixated on Client needs and Value Creation.

Our Approach

Agreco continuously seeks to break the mold to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving environmental and business landscape.  The old ways will no longer suffice, new conditions create novel challenges which leads to revived business opportunities.

As the business environment evolves, new methodologies, knowledge and technology continue to present. Agreco seeks to explore, leverage, and deploy these new practices to create value and differential.

Sustainable Integrated Solutions

Environment

Agreco’s team is drawn from a varied, local, and international background that includes, oil and gas, mining, agriculture, and education. Collectively, we apply our skillsets to client needs. An integral part of this process is to conduct a needs analysis to identify the issues fully and clearly to be addressed. Getting clear about objectives is critical for achieving successful project execution and being able to evaluate that project execution. It is all about adding value.

Agriculture

Agreco’s foundation is in Agricultural Science and we support regenerative agriculture and improved control of intensive and sustainable food production. Services include Field Trials, Pastoral Landscape Assessments, Protected Cropping Technology Reviews and Site Rehabilitation.

Based in the Peel-region of Western Australia, Agreco seeks to act locally but think globally. Although the majority of Agreco’s work is provided to clients in the Perth metro area and at remote sites within Western Australia, we active seek to develop opportunities and value at the local level.

A core area of focus for Agreco has been the emerging $27m Peel Agricultural Innovation Project. Agreco continues to put forward ideas and talent and contribute to the ongoing dialogue associated with this project.

Innovation

Agreco has recently modified a fencing technology from North America where it is used to control coyote incursions into protected areas. The modified fencing technology has recently been deployed in Western Australia to prevent dingo incursions into landfill areas. Evaluation is currently underway and the engineering refined. Patent protection is being considered.

Partnerships

Agreco recognises that the demarcation between businesses is increasingly blurred in the modern business environment. The idea of working 9 to 5, five days a week is being superseded by more flexible arrangements – a tendency given additional impetus by the Covid 19 pandemic.

Agreco has developed a number of partnership arrangements with like-minded organisations and individuals able to contribute specialist skills.

Core add-on skills include Business Development and Financial and Accounts Management.

Our Values

Agreco exists to create value for our clients, our community and our people and in so doing, we are guided by the following principles:

Community – Through our work we act locally but do so in a way that acknowledges that, increasingly, what we do has global impact. We are mindful of our responsibilities to local and global communities

EnvironmentWe seek to preserve and enhance physical and social environments forming sustainable communities with long-term resilience.

Innovation & EducationIn a rapidly changing world, Innovation and Education are core Agreco values. We will not succeed by doing what was done in the past, in the future. In a connected world we seek out fresh ideas in the service of our clients and community.

Agreco provide flexible, sustainable and innovative solutions for our clients in the mining resource and agricultural sectors
